$4500 - WEDDING COORDINATION SERVICES

What’s Included

Up to 10 hours of day-of coordination.
Ceremony & reception walk-through at the venue with couple prior to the wedding.
Discuss and develop a detailed wedding-day timeline.
Attend and supervise a 1-hour rehearsal for the wedding day.
Obtain copies of all vendor contacts.
Review and confirm the details and timing of events with all vendors.
Confirm all vendor on-site call times for day-of one week prior to the wedding.
Coordinate on-site vendors.
Ensure the couple, wedding party, family and friends are aware of roles and duties.
Organize and cue wedding party’s processional and reception entrances.
Unlimited contact via email or phone to consult with you at any time leading up to your wedding day.

Our Wedding Coordination Plus Services Include:

Set-up decor and centerpieces.
Collect all gifts and deliver to pre-discussed arrangement.
Collect left-over decor and centerpieces and any other wedding day items and deliver to pre-discussed arrangement.

CONSULTATIONS

Pre-event consultations, including unlimited email communication and/or phone calls. I have constant contact with my couples, ensuring I can address any questions or concerns.

VENDOR CONTACT

We maintain communication with all your vendors during the planning process & wedding day. This ensures every professional is aware of all pertinent information, roles and the day-of timeline.

UP TO 10 HOURS

You will be guaranteed up to 10 hours of day-of coordination, serving as your point-of-contact person on the day-of, so you can be free to fully enjoy the day and ensure your vision is met.

1-HOUR REHEARSAL

We will attend and lead the 1-hour wedding rehearsal, guiding you, your family and wedding party on what to expect during the ceremony, and who will be responsible for what.
